The End of the Year of Permitted Work. The 24th March saw the end of my year of permitted work under the DWP rule. They gave me the option of continuing to receive my SDA and work a few hours a week, for a small return. Coupled with my husband taking retirement a year early, my hands were virtually tied behind my back. The business had really taken off, too.
